Ingredients
28 oz cooked spaghetti.
10 slices of Capistrano® julienne Excellence ham.
1 l whole milk.
2 oz butter.
2 oz flour.
3 oz grated Capistrano® Oaxaca cheese.
7 oz grated Parmesan cheese.
2 tbsp olive or vegetable oil.
Salt.
Black pepper.

Step by step
Step 1
Heat the whole milk in a pot. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter without letting it burn. Add the flour and cook until it starts to smell like cookies (this is called a roux).
Step 2
Gradually add the milk while whisking to avoid lumps. Once all the milk is added, incorporate the grated cheeses. Adjust the seasoning and set aside.
Step 3
Heat a pan with oil and sauté the Capistrano® turkey ham.
Step 4
Add the previously cooked pasta to the sauce and let it simmer.
