  • 3 potatoes with skin.
  • 1 pack of CHICKEN FRANKS Capistrano® sausages.
  • 4 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil.
  • Chimichurri sauce.
  • Salt.
  • Black pepper.

Wash and thoroughly disinfect the potatoes.
Step 2

Using a knife, cut the potatoes into irregular chunks and boil them in water for 20 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Slice the Capistrano® sausages in half lengthwise, then cut them into small pieces across.

Sear the sausages in a preheated skillet until they are golden brown.

Step 5: Sear the sausages in a preheated skillet until they are golden brown.

Step 6: Remove the sausages, and in the same skillet, add olive oil to roast the potatoes.

Step 7: Once the potatoes are roasted, add the sausages and half a cup of chimichurri.

Step 8: Mix and cook for 1 minute.

Step 9: Serve in a dish, and garnish with the remaining chimichurri sauce.
