5 oz of IDEAL Ham Capistrano.
5 oz of CELEBRATIONS Turkey Ham Capistrano.
3 oz of HISPANIC CELEBRATIONS Ham Capistrano.
3 oz of TURKEY BREAST Capistrano.
Oaxaca cheese Capistrano.
3 oz of CHICKEN FRANKS Sausage Capistrano.
3 oz of HOT LINKS CLASSIC.
3 oz of HOT LINKS CHIPOTLE.
3 bell peppers (red, green, and yellow).
1 finely chopped onion.
2 finely chopped tomatoes.
1 finely chopped jalapeño pepper.
Salt and black pepper.

Step by step
Step 1
Finely chop the bacon and cook it without oil until it’s browned. Remove from the pot and place on paper towels to drain.
Step 2
Add the onion, pepper, and jalapeño to the same pot with the bacon fat. Saute until the onion changes color.
Step 3
Add a bit of pepper and the diced ham and sausage. Mix everything and cook covered for 5 minutes. Once everything is well combined, lower the heat and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the Oaxaca cheese and cover for 2 minutes or until it melts. Serve with flour or corn tortillas. Enjoy!
