  • 5 oz of CELEBRATIONS Turkey Ham Capistrano.
  • 3 oz of HISPANIC CELEBRATIONS Ham Capistrano.
  • 3 oz of TURKEY BREAST Capistrano.
  • Oaxaca cheese Capistrano.
  • 3 oz of CHICKEN FRANKS Sausage Capistrano.
  • 3 oz of HOT LINKS CLASSIC.
  • 3 oz of HOT LINKS CHIPOTLE.
  • 3 bell peppers (red, green, and yellow).
  • 1 finely chopped onion.
  • 2 finely chopped tomatoes.
  • 1 finely chopped jalapeño pepper.
  • Salt and black pepper.

Step 1

Finely chop the bacon and cook it without oil until it’s browned. Remove from the pot and place on paper towels to drain.

Add the onion, pepper, and jalapeño to the same pot with the bacon fat. Saute until the onion changes color.

Add a bit of pepper and the diced ham and sausage. Mix everything and cook covered for 5 minutes. Once everything is well combined, lower the heat and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

Add the Oaxaca cheese and cover for 2 minutes or until it melts. Serve with flour or corn tortillas. Enjoy!
