5oz lentils.
1 green bell pepper.
2 carrots.
1 ripe tomato.
1 onion.
A pinch of ground white pepper.
A pinch of salt.
A pinch of ground cumin.
1oz Capistrano® chorizo
A splash of olive oil.
1 garlic clove.
Let's cook!
Step by step
Step 1
In a pot, saute the whole garlic clove with the onion cut into medium pieces. Let them cook for 4 minutes.
Step 2
Add the bell pepper, chopped into medium pieces, and cook for another 3 minutes.
Step 3
incorporate the grated tomato, adding salt, white pepper, and a little ground cumin. Stir and let it cook on low heat for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Add the peeled and sliced carrots and mix well.

Step 5: Add the drained lentils, cover with water, and add a little more salt. Let the lentils cook for about 25 minutes.
Step 6: Finally, add the Capistrano® chorizo, sliced, and let it cook for 5 minutes before removing from heat.
