6 beef steaks, cut into strips.
2 sliced Capistrano® chorizos.
1/4 cup toasted almonds.
1/2 onion.
1 clove of garlic.
3 arbol chiles.
2 tomatoes.
1 tbsp. sesame seeds.
2 cups orange juice.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Vegetable oil.

Step by step
Step 1
Blend the onion with the garlic, chiles, and tomatoes to make a sauce; strain and set aside.
Step 2
In a pot, fry the Capistrano® chorizo until it’s almost crispy.
Step 3
Add the almonds and sesame seeds; when they are golden, add the sauce and orange juice, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cook over low heat; when it begins to boil, incorporate the beef and cook until fully done.
