  • 2 sliced Capistrano® chorizos.
  • 1/4 cup toasted almonds.
  • 1/2 onion.
  • 1 clove of garlic.
  • 3 arbol chiles.
  • 2 tomatoes.
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds.
  • 2 cups orange juice.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Vegetable oil.

Blend the onion with the garlic, chiles, and tomatoes to make a sauce; strain and set aside.

In a pot, fry the Capistrano® chorizo until it’s almost crispy.
